Turmeric Latte Recipe: Bulletproof Coffee Edition

Recently, I have purchased Organic Turmeric Powder from GNC because I heard of all the amazing health benefits that you can receive from it. At first, I added it to my tea at night and the amount I added would get smaller and smaller every day, the more I realized how much it thickens at the bottom of the cup.


In my opinion, Turmeric is like oatmeal; a little goes a long way. Instead of adding it to my tea at night, I enjoyed it in a cup of Bulletproof Coffee in the morning. Since adding it to my diet, I noticed how amazing I feel on the inside and it’s no surprise.


Turmeric is known for it’s healing properties, such as, possibly preventing cancer and other diseases. Studies have shared that Turmeric can be used as an aid for soothing the pain for some people and it’s also good for your digestion.


Disclaimer: Although you may find many health benefits from using Turmeric, it isn’t for everyone. I suggest that you do further research and/or talk with a doctor to see if it’s correct for you. Turmeric Latte Recipe

Ingredients


1 tbsp of grass-fed butter (I use Fourth & Heart Grass-Fed Vanilla Bean Ghee)

1 tsp of MCT oil (and/or coconut oil)

1 serving of a freshly brewed coffee (I use Bulletproof coffee grinds)

Add a tiny bit of cinnamon (optional)

1 tsp of Chai Spiced Honey (optional)

A very small amount of Turmeric


Directions


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend it up for a few seconds until smooth. You don’t have to add creamer or anything because the butter makes it creamy and smooth. Let me know in the comments if you adore this Turmeric butter coffee too.
