Oatmeal Banana Cookies: 3 Ingredients

Whenever I plan to buy a cookie at my job, one cookie can turn into two, and two can turn into four. The chocolate chip cookies are soo addicting and delicious but if I wanted to make healthier choices, I had to say goodbye to those for good and to be honest, I noticed I have more money in my wallet now since I haven’t brought any. Hahaha.


I’ve noticed the more healthy choices I make and having healthier snacks, the less I crave sugary snacks. I may have a treat every once in a while but I am mainly allowing my self to indulge in a healthy dessert instead.


A bowl of oatmeal is my favorite thing to enjoy in the morning for breakfast because it’s so fulfilling, helps with digestions, and is very healthy for you. I am also a fan of oatmeal cookies and found a recipe with only two ingredients: ½ cup of oats and 2 bananas which is so satisfying and taste delicious.


All you need to do is smash the bananas with a fork in a bowl, mix the oats into the bananas, make three round circles of the mixture on a pan and place them in the oven for 15 minutes. Cacao Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:


2 Bananas

½ Quaker® Oats Quick 1 Minute Oats (or whatever oatmeal brand you love)

1 tsp of Cacao Powder

Optional: 1 tsp of Cinnamon


Directions:


While the oven preheats at 350, smash the bananas into a bowl with a fork and then mix all the ingredients into the bowl of bananas. Place the cookies mixture on a non-stick pan in three large separate circles and place inside the oven for 15 minutes. Serve after the cookies cool down for at least ten to twenty minutes.
