7 Ways to Soothe Lower Back Pains

When I was working every day at 4 am in the morning, I began having strong lower back pains. I am definitely too young for back pains which mean I was at the wrong job and/or working the worst hours. Too early.

I’m no doctor, so my tips and tricks might not work for you but they have worked for me to soothe my lower back pains. You can try them and let me know if you liked them or you can share your natural remedies in the comments below.

Sleep better. I heard somewhere that lack of sleep can cause back pains. You can easily soothe yourself with some warm tea at night to relax you until you fall into a deep slumber.
Get a back massage. I’ve never been to a spa but if you can, go ahead and get a back massage. I normally massage my back myself but that’s the cheaper way. (heh heh)
Good posture. Don’t make slouching a habit because your back will suffer from it.
Take a hot bath. Always a better option for me.
Stretch. Stretching my legs, back and arms always make me feel better by soothing my mood and relaxing my body.
Meditation can cause you to have a better posture because you have to sit upright and cross your legs for a few minutes. A daily meditation practice can cause you to have the best posture because it’ll become a habit.
Lay down on your back. Kind of like meditation but you are laying down. This will cause you to stop moving as much and to relax for a moment. It’s very soothing.
